Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are processed upon receipt. We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.  Please note that shipping times are not related to processing times.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING UK

 

For UK Mainland customers (excluding Highlands and Islands) standard shipping is up to £4.99, however this may vary** and if you spend over £50 standard shipping is free*. We aim to deliver your items within 3-5 working days, subject to any unforeseeable circumstances that arise and are out of our control.

 

Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays and apply to both the dispatch of items, as well as delivery estimates.

 

For express delivery, or next day delivery options that are presented at checkout, extra shipping charges apply regardless of the order amount. For next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 11am.


We will not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

  

We aim to deliver within the specified time period however these times can vary or change depending on stock availability and upon the courier.

 

*UK Postcode restrictions apply – Whilst we will try to offer free shipping to as many qualifying orders as possible, surcharges applied by couriers on certain postcodes mean this is not always possible.

 

**£4.99 is our standard delivery charge for most orders. However, charges may vary depending on the items ordered. When you add products to your shopping basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. 

 

                                     International (Including EU countries, Highlands and Islands)


For international customers that reside outside of UK mainland, a shipping charge will apply, this may vary and will be calculated automatically when placing your order. We aim to deliver your items within 10-15 working days, subject to any unforeseeable circumstances that arise and are out of our control.

 

Shipping outside of UK Mainland may also incur additional customs or import duty charges and could also result in a delay to your delivery. 

 

We have no control over these charges or delays as customs policies can vary from country to country and so we request that you check your country’s importing fees and policies before placing your order as you will be liable for any additional fees, charges or delays. 

 

Any fees levied are payable at your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

 

Delivery Times

 

All delivery times are estimates and subject to stock availability. Baudacecheveux shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed. If a package is returned to Baudacecheveaux due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost. When a package gets returned to us, we will issue a refund for the products the customer did not receive; however, please note that all original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lastly, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the courier. Please contact your local post office to file a claim and open up an investigation as soon as possible.

 

ORDER TRACKING

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active/update. If you receive your confirmation email after 2 PM GMT on a Friday, please allow until the following Monday for tracking to become available.
