Our Return Policy

We truly hope you are 100% happy with your Baudacecheveux purchase!

Due to sanitary and health reasons, lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us WITHIN 72 HOURS of receiving your order to be eligible for a paid return shipping label from us. All lashes and products may NOT be worn or altered in any way to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Sale items, which includes items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale.

In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days.

Prior to making any returns. You must first contact baudacecheveux@gmail.com for further details. All returns take up to 14 working days to be processed by our returns department from the date received back at our HQ.

Please note; Our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair by our employees.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.; We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.

WIGS

Baudacecheveux takes pride in ensuring that we maintain a high level of quality control by making sure your luxury synthetic wigs are fresh, new and only for you. To ensure that we continue to maintain this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
