Our Return Policy

We truly hope you are 100% happy with your Baudacecheveux purchase!

Due to sanitary and health reasons, lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us WITHIN 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a paid return shipping label from us. All lashes and products may NOT be worn or altered in any way to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Sale items, which includes items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale.

In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 14 days.

Prior to making any returns. You must first contact for further details. All returns take up to 14 working days to be processed by our returns department from the date received back at our HQ.

Please note; Our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair by our employees.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.; We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days.


If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are entitled to a refund. However, this entitlement is subject to the following conditions:

  • Your entitlement will be to the extent of the complete purchase amount, excluding delivery charges paid.

  • Your entitlement will be subject to the product being returned to us in its original condition and sealed packaging within 14 days of the original order date. Products returned should be unopened, unused and in their original condition. We may (at our sole discretion) choose to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of an item.

  • If you have returned the Product(s) to us because they are faulty or not as described, we will examine the Product(s) as quickly as possible. If you inform us within 30 days and the non-compliant nature of the Product(s) is confirmed by us, we will refund the price of the Product in full.

  • To claim your entitlement, you will be liable to incur the delivery charges associated with returning the order to us.

Subject to the returned order meeting our requirements, we will issue a refund to the Purchaser, or, if requested, exchange the goods for an item of equal value. All refunds will be made against the original payment method and will usually take around seven working days to process. However, the processing time may vary depending on the method of payment issued.
